I opened the image in Adobe Camera raw and adjusted the exposure down to -3, saved as a JPG, saved an image with an exposure setting of +2 and set one with no exposure changes. Brought all three into Photomatix Pro and created HDR and tonemapped. Much better result in the clouds. See the details.
